Booking Policy
Please note that all bookings are subject to approval by our team and will be confirmed within 24 hours of your reservation request. A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking, and we also require a minimum stay of three nights for all reservations. Should your requested dates not meet these criteria, we will reach out to discuss alternative options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than seven days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made between 48 hours and seven days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will result in the full payment being deducted.
